**Due to the high demand of our bird feeders as a result of ‘Be Your Own Boss’ airing on Sunday 9th November, shipping will take longer than usual. We are working very hard to fulfill all the orders and will contact you if the delivery date gets pushed back even further than 14 days. We thank you all for your support during this unusual period. Every bird feeder you order is handmade by George and Zac.

We aim to get your order to you within 7 - 14 days (14 - 21 days for personalised), but because each piece is made by hand occasionally things can take a little longer.

If there’s a delay, we’ll be in touch with a new delivery date.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns

We want you to love your handmade bird feeder as much as George and Zac loved making it. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

• Eligibility: You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.

• Made to Order: Because each item is handcrafted to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if there’s a fault or damage, we’ll make it right.

• How to Return: Just drop us a message with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll guide you through the process.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
