Every bird feeder you order is made by George, Morgan, and Zac. We hand-make and hand-pack every order ourselves. Here’s exactly how delivery works and what to expect.
We aim to get your order to you within 5 - 7 days (14 - 21 days for personalized), but because each piece is made by hand occasionally things can take a little longer.
If there’s a delay, we’ll be in touch with a new delivery date.

Returns
We want you to love your handmade bird feeder as much as George and Zac loved making it. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Eligibility: You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition.
Made to Order: Because each item is handcrafted to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if there’s a fault or damage, we’ll make it right.
How to Return: Just drop us a message with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
